A local construction company is seeking an administrative assistant with some supervisory experience to give support to the Engineering department.
Job
Summary:
Type job proposal's, agreements and letters
Answer multi phone line and transfering calls or taking messages
Must be able to obtain accurate information to schedule client requests for onsite tests
E-mailing, faxing, scanning and proof reading
Working hours: 8am-5:00 M-F
MUST BE ABLE TO TYPE 60WPM!! (testing will be required)
Construction or Engineering office experience required!
Word and Excel
Good telephone abilities
Enjoy working in a very busy office
