- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Empathy and compassion for individuals requiring personal care assistance - Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting or assisting with transfers - Patience and understanding when working with individuals who may have cognitive or physical limitations This open position is 5-days live in.
