What You'll Do o Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.
o Responsible for the cross communication between shifts.
o Ensure the efficient and safe operation of all materials handling equipment.
o Maintain a clean; neat, and orderly work area; ensure all security policies and procedures are followed.
o Ensure Associates follow all safety policies and proceduresWhat Experience You Need o HS Diploma, Associates Degree Preferredo 3
years supervisory or warehouse experience; or successful completion of Americold's internship program; or a bachelor's degree.
o Maintain forklift certification.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
