Human Resource SpecialistCFS is partnering with a client in Plainville who is hiring a Human Resource Specialist.
This person will be asked to do a full audit of the HR processes and be encouraged to make any positive changes necessary to streamline HR functions.

15 PTO days to start (Company adds 2 days per year you are there until 33 days!) What you will be doing as the Human Resource Specialist:
Assist with workers compensation Update existing employee training manuals Plan annual performance reviews for hiring manager Inform employees about any new benefits they are eligible for Update and maintain employee files Maintain detailed job descriptions with correct salary Assist with hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly At times sit in on interviews and conduct references Assist/act as backup for payroll for a staff of 120 Requirements for the Human Resources Specialist:
Proven work experience in a Human Resource Specialist or similar role Ability to come in, decide what needs to be done and get it done! No micromanaging here.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
