Innovative Autism Services is looking to expand its diverse team with the addition of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Our growing private agency services individuals on the autism spectrum from ages two to 20 in Connecticut and North/South Carolina.
We are seeking qualified and ethical BCBAs for our Plainville, Connecticut location.

Job Responsibilities Conduct individualized initial and reassessments for clients every six months to guide the development of ABA programming (i.
e.
, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, Vineland-3, PEAK).
Develop and write treatment plans following Innovative's Model for Independence, BACB, and insurance guidelines.
Conduct functional assessment procedures to guide the development of behavior intervention plans for clients as needed.
Provide 10-20% supervision to clients as outlined in clients' treatment recommendations.
Coordinate parent training sessions with caregivers as outlined in clients' treatment recommendations.
Oversee implementation of ABA programming including treatment fidelity and ethical data collection.
Regularly analyze client data and make program modifications as needed.
Train staff using Behavioral Skills Training (BST) on their clients' individualized treatment goals.
Meet regularly with the Assistant Clinic Director for ongoing clinical support.
Must abide by the BACB's Ethics Code for Behavior Analysts.
Coordinate with stakeholders (i.
e.
, teachers, OT, SLP) involved with client care to encourage consistency across settings.
Document program modification sessions by generating accurate session notes after each visit.
Generate discharge/ transition summaries as needed.
Job Qualifications Minimum 2 years delivering ABA or related autism services Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field BCBA Certification CT Licensure Must be willing to provide supervision to RBTs as indicated by BACB standards Experience with center-based service delivery preferred Ability to communicate effectively across formats (i.
e.
, oral, written) Experience working with children aged 2-20 preferred Must be open to commuting between West Hartford and Plainville location Extensive knowledge of and training in behavior analysis Don't meet all the job qualifications?
