Accounts Payable AnalystCFS is working with a client to help identify an Accounts Payable Analyst for their team.
This is role that will expand past regular AP transactional type of responsibilities.

About the Accounts Payable Analyst roleEnter, approve and complete weekly check runs.
AP related responsibilities such as maintaining vendor database, approvals, etc.
Auditing invoices for accuracy of address, amounts, sales tax exemption, etc.
Approve invoices (ensuring accuracy with shipping documents, POs, etc.
)Reporting to senior managers on accounts payableResolve billing issues as they arise working directly with vendors.
Generate 1099's and provide information for year end audit.
Additional responsibilities as assignedPreferred qualification of the Accounts Payable Analyst:
Accounts payable experience in a higher volume environment.
Experience working in either a manufacturing or construction industry.
Good analytical skills.
