We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Financial Controller to join our team in the Manufacturing industry.
This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in our company's financial operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecast preparation, as well as the development of internal control policies and procedures.
This role requires a professional with a strong background in finance and accounting, and a proven track record in financial leadership.

Responsibilities:
1.
Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.
2.
Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
3.
Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements.
4.
Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.
5.
Research technical accounting issues for compliance.
6.
Support month-end and year-end close process.
7.
Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
8.
Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
9.
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
10.
Liaise with our CFO and executive management team to make viable financial decisions.
11.
Work alongside the HR department on payroll processing.
Qualifications:
1.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent qualification is required.
3.
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Financial Controller in a manufacturing environment.
4.
In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws, and best practices.
5.
Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting.
6.
Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.
g.
SAP).
7.
An analytical mind with a strategic ability.
8.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
9.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
10.
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
