Essential Responsibilities
Act as the primary customer and field sales contact to own, contain, and resolve post shipment customer issues
Work closely with customer to develop resolution plans, monitor progress, and ensure appropriate closure
Work cross functionally with global teams
Provide troubleshooting and problem resolution support via phone and web
Interact with technology, supply chain, product management, sales, and field service to provide technical and commercial solutions to customers
Document customer cases and actions using case tracking tools
Periodic after hours and weekend support
BS in electrical or mechanical engineering (OR a High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 5 years equivalent experience)
Minimum of 5 years electrical distribution experience
Additional Eligibility Qualifications GE will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States for this opening. Any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation and drug screen.
Desired Characteristics
Product knowledge in the design, manufacture, or application of molded case circuit breakers, transformers, residential products, lighting panels, switches, and general-purpose control products
Document customer cases and actions using case tracking tools
Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability in problem solving, analysis, and testing
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Independent worker. Strong leadership and customer focus
Experience in product design and/or product testing
Six Sigma Greenbelt or equivalent Quality Certification

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
