High Volume Payroll Processor with Timberline

A client of ours, a local construction company in Plainville, CT is seeking an individual to assist in all aspects of processing field payroll for projects throughout New England. This high volume position will require someone that can handle the fast pace!
Duties will include:
weekly payroll processing, completion of certified payroll, monthly utilization and benefit reports. Position requires days of heavy data entry and the use of Excel, Word and TIMBERLINE software to efficiently complete responsibilities.

Working hours: 40
Working knowledge of construction equipment, union payroll, employee benefit administration and Sage TIMBERLINE software is a MUST.
Experience handling over 700 employees payroll as well as multiple Union payrollees.
Candidate should have 2-4 four years of construction payroll experience.
Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills are essential.
Candidate must be able to multitask at a high tempo while maintaining a strong attention to detail.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
