University Recruiting - Finance Intern (Summer 2019)


As a finance intern with us, youmay be assigned some of the following responsibilities:assisting with the month end close process, compliance activities, data analytics, and other ad hoc projects.


  • Pursuing a Bachelors or Masters Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • At least a Junior with a 3. 0 grade point average in major
  • Proficiency in MS Office suites, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Works well with ambiguous/undefined problems and strong organization skills
  • Good communication skills and the ability to develop a network of people to help resolve finance issues
  • Previous finance internship(s) preferred
  • Previous leadership experience in school or community preferred

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
